Semiconductor Physics Quantum Electronics & Optoelectronics magazine is dedicated to disseminating cutting-edge research in semiconductor physics, heterogeneous and low-dimensional structures, nanoelectronic device physics, linear and nonlinear solid-state optics, optoelectronics and optoelectronic devices, quantum electronics, and sensors. These fields cover a wide range from fundamental physics to applied technology, providing a platform for researchers and engineers to present and exchange the latest research results.

Semiconductor physics deals with the electronic structure, conduction mechanism and dynamic behavior of charge carriers of semiconductor materials. Heterogeneous and low-dimensional structures focus on the electronic properties and application potential of multilayer heterogeneous structures and low-dimensional systems, such as two-dimensional materials. Nanoelectronic device physics Studies the behavior and performance of electronic devices at small sizes, which is crucial for the development of nanotechnology and microelectronics. Linear and nonlinear solid-state optics are used to investigate the response characteristics of materials under different optical conditions and their applications.
