The Journal Of Siberian Federal University-chemistry is dedicated to advancing innovative research in the field of chemical processing of resources, particularly in the conversion of raw materials into valuable products. These studies should not only demonstrate economic feasibility, but also focus on the impact on the environment and human health. The extraction technology of precious metals and non-ferrous metals, as an important resource recovery method, must minimize the negative impact on the environment while maintaining economic efficiency.

For example, adopting cleaner extraction methods or improving existing processes to reduce waste and harmful gas emissions. The development of fuels should focus on the use of renewable resources or low carbon emission technologies to cope with the energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution. In addition, research into the processing of cellulose needs to focus on its potential for environmental protection and sustainable development, reducing the overall environmental burden through improved processing technologies and the use of waste resources. The journal therefore encourages researchers to come up with innovative solutions that are not only economically competitive, but also environmentally sound and health-safe to promote sustainable development in the field of resource chemistry.
