Knowledge management is a concept that has deeply penetrated people's hearts. After it was first proposed in the 1980s, it not only attracted widespread attention in the academic field, but also demonstrated enormous potential and value in the business field. Over time, people's interest in knowledge management has not decreased, but has shown a rapid growth trend, demonstrating its indispensable position in modern society.

Knowledge Management Research&Practice covers four main overlapping areas: management knowledge, organizational learning, intellectual capital, and knowledge economics. Managing knowledge involves the entire process of creating, acquiring, sharing, retaining, storing, using, updating, and retiring knowledge, and is a core component of knowledge management. Organizational learning focuses on how to enhance the overall capability and adaptability of an organization through effective learning mechanisms. Intellectual capital emphasizes the crucial role of intangible assets such as knowledge, skills, experience, and innovation capabilities in organizational success. Knowledge economics explores the role and value of knowledge in economic activities.
